Our return policy
If you are not satisfied with the products received, you can exchange/return it in one of the following ways:
Change
As a rule, it is not possible to exchange an item, as the correct product is required in the order confirmation for warranty cases. Instead, it should be handled as a normal return, where the unwanted item is sent back to us. You can then place a new order on our website, where you will receive a new order confirmation and warranty certificate for your new purchase
Return
If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it and get your money back. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and inform us that you wish to return it at [email protected]. You can also order a return slip from us for SEK 69 at https://lillenodoris.se. Alternatively, you can check with your nearest agent and buy a waybill directly through them.

Refund
Our aim is to handle the return within 1-2 working days of its receipt at our warehouse. The sum will be refunded to you within 1-2 working days from when the return has been handled.
